Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, Area.Buzz may:

• Notify the user or organization that submitted the content

Area.Buzz reserves the right to remove or disable access to content alleged to be infringing without prior notice.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you submitted was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and contact information
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the United States, where applicable
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or that person’s agent

Area.Buzz may, in appropriate circumstances, suspend, restrict, or terminate users or organizations who are repeat infringers.

Submitting false, incomplete, or misleading DMCA Notices or counter-notifications may result in legal liability.

Area.Buzz is a platform that may display event and organization content submitted by third parties.

We do not independently verify ownership of submitted content and rely on users and organizations to provide materials they are permitted to use.
